River Falls has been home for most of my life, and I care deeply about this community and the people who live here. Serving as Municipal Judge means approaching every case with fairness, careful consideration, and respect for the law and for each individual who comes before the court. I believe the Municipal Court should reflect the values of our community — thoughtful decision-making, consistency, and integrity — and should be a place where people feel they are treated fairly and with dignity. Please vote on April 7, 2026.

I believe fairness begins with listening and taking the time to understand each situation before reaching a decision. Impartiality means setting aside personal views and treating every case, and every person, with the same careful consideration. Above all, respect for the law and for all parties who come before the court is essential to maintaining trust in the judicial process and ensuring that the Municipal Court serves the community with integrity and consistency.

The Spring Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and will include the election for Municipal Judge in the River Falls community. Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and eligible residents may vote in person on Election Day or choose absentee voting in advance. The Municipal Judge serves the River Falls Municipal Court and presides over cases involving local ordinances, including traffic and non-traffic municipal matters. The judge listens to all parties, reviews evidence, and applies city ordinances and Wisconsin law fairly and consistently. This role is not about creating laws or policies, but about ensuring a fair process, maintaining an orderly courtroom, and treating everyone who comes before the court with respect and dignity.
